Blip/marker not visible
No map icon or ground marker at a known shop
That location is hidden or only shown in certain modes
Try other LSC/Tuner locations; ask staff if this location is intentionally hidden
Can’t open menu
Pressing E does nothing
You’re not in a vehicle, you’re too far, or your role isn’t allowed in current mode
Sit in the driver seat, move closer to the marker, try again; ask staff which mode is active
Upgrades locked (only cosmetics)
You see paint/wheels but no performance
“Both” mode with enough mechanics online locks upgrades for non-mechanics
Wait until fewer mechanics are online or ask a mechanic to handle upgrades
“Mechanic required”
Error when opening or buying
Server is set to mechanic-only access at that spot
Visit a public tuner spot if available, or ask a mechanic
Price shows 0, nothing applies
Total price stays 0; purchase won’t go through
You only previewed, or the chosen mod has no valid level for your car
Select a different level/color, then buy; confirm the cart updates
Changes revert after closing
Paint or parts reset when you exit
Preview isn’t saved until you buy
Use the Buy/Apply button; look for a success notify before closing
“Not enough money”
Payment error despite having funds
Payment type may be cash only; society account may be empty for mechanics
Carry cash; if you’re a mechanic and payment uses society funds, ask your boss to top up
Neon/Xenon not changing
Color slider moves, lights don’t
Neon needs enabling before color; some cars don’t support certain options
Enable neon first, then pick color; try another vehicle if unsupported
Window tint or wheels missing
Some lists are short or empty
Your vehicle doesn’t support that mod set
Try another vehicle or a different category/type
Horn preview silent
No sound during horn test
Preview vehicle didn’t initialize or audio is blocked
Try again; if still silent, buy only if you’re sure about the horn, or ask staff to check
Map opens, UI loses focus
ESC opens map and UI stops responding
Game steals focus from the NUI
Close map and press E at the marker again to reopen the UI
Blips don’t update after job change
Still seeing the “wrong” locations
Job count/role cache updates later
Move away and back, reenter a vehicle, or relog; if it persists, ask staff to refresh it
Mods not saved after restart
Car looks stock after reconnect
Purchase didn’t complete or save yet
Make sure you saw a success notify before leaving; if it still reverted, report time and plate to staff
Prices feel too high/low
Unexpected totals
Server economy/config decided by staff
Give feedback to staff; prices are configurable server-side
Can’t find public tuner
Only mechanic LSCs on the map
Server disabled public tuner locations
Ask staff whether a public tuner is available and where it is
